In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Kainui Group Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, Peat Marwick Tower, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 21st day of July 1988, presented to the said Court by McCaw Lewis Chapman; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 22nd day of August 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 14th day of July 1988, presented to the said Court by W. Stevenson & Sons Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 28th day of September 1988 at 11.45 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 15th day of June 1988, presented to the said Court by Floortex Holdings Limited; and that the said petition was previously advertised in the Christchurch Star as being heard on the 25th day of July 1988, and as the petition is now adjourned it is now directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 15th day of August 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
