Appointment of Member to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Council (No. 4441; Ag. 1/53/2/2)

Pursuant to section 4 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, I hereby appoint

Kenneth John Anderson, farmer of Kurow (on the nomination of the South Island Pest Destruction Boards’ Association)

to be member of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Council for a term of 3 years from 1 April 1988.

Exemption Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 4443; Ag. 6/15/5/2)

Pursuant to section 3 (1) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, on the recommendation of the Animal Remedies Board, I hereby give notice declaring that the following product is exempted from sections 18 to 34 inclusive of the Animal Remedies Act 1967.

Corrigendum

Notice declaring part of the land and premises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, situated at the Flockhouse Training Farm, a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals (No. 4371; Ag. 6/4/3/0/1).

In the above notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 May 1988, No. 85, page 2076, where it states “being 116 hectares”, read “being 119 hectares” and where it states “Plan Number (File 165/1/2a Wanganui MAF office)” read “Plan Number 1 (File 165/1/2a Wanganui MAF office)”.
