ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, gives notice that on the 11th day of July 1988 it appointed Bryan Norreys Kensington and John Joseph Creggton, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by certain debenture dated 15 April 1981, given by Goldcorp Refiners Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland (“the company”), in favour of ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 6th day of May 1981.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the company’s assets and undertakings, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, both present and future, including all its uncalled capital and after the floating charges created in the debentures crystallised.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the offices of Arthur Young, Chartered Accountants, National Mutual Building, Shortland Street, Auckland.
