Partially Revoking a Notice Declaring Land Held for Teachers’ Residences to be Crown Land in the County of Rodney

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice dated the 22nd day of January 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 January 1988, No. 13 at page 276, declaring land held for teachers’ residences in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, as to the area firstly described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in the City of Takapuna

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of July 1988.

Declaring Road to be Stopped and Added in the County of Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the First Schedule to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the stopped Government road shall be added to the land held by The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board for soil conservation and river control purposes described in the Second Schedule.
