Notice of Intention to Apply for Dissolution of the Society
Pursuant to Section 24 and 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of sections 24 and 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton for a declaration of dissolution of the society.

Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days of the 11th day of July 1988 (the date this notice was posted in accordance with section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908), the Registrar may dissolve the society.

Change of Name of Incorporated Society
Notice is hereby given that Timaru Competitions Society Incorporated: CH. IS. 219646 has changed its name to Timaru Performing Arts Incorporated and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Incorporated Societies in place of the former name.
