Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Andrews and Stewens Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of July 1988, the bank appointed John Joseph Cregen and Bryan Norris Kensington, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Arthur Young, Chartered Accountants, National Mutual Centre, 37-41 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 26th day of March 1986.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Auckland Cleaning Supplies Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of July 1988, the bank appointed Kim Rowland Powell and Adrienne Mary Stone, both insolvency practitioners, whose offices are at the offices of Ferrier Hodgson Hogg Young Cathie, Insolvency Consultants, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 2nd day of December 1985.
