Upon reading the interlocutory application of the joint liquidators for orders releasing them from their administration of the property of the said group of companies, that the group of companies be dissolved and that the records of the said group be destroyed forthwith and upon hearing Mr G. D. Jones, counsel on behalf of the applicants, this Court orders:

  1. That James Malcolm Ott and Warwick John Ainger be released from their administration of the property of the said group of companies.

  2. That the said group of companies be dissolved.

  3. That the records of the said group of companies be destroyed forthwith.
