The above society was wound up by the High Court on 28 June 1988, and the Official Assignee, Christchurch was appointed Provisional Liquidator.

It is now necessary to ascertain the liabilities of the society. Would all creditors of the society therefore submit a proof of debt as soon as possible outlining full details of the debt, including the amount and to what it relates. If a debt has been disputed or is likely to be contentious please give a full written resume of the background to the claim.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955 that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of Peat Marwick, 40 Atkinson Avenue, Otahuhu at 11 a.m. on the 8th day of August 1988 for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor.
