Declaring Land Held, Subject to Stormwater and Drainage Rights, for a Post Office to be Crown Land in the City of Waitemata

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and subject to the stormwater and drainage rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 222535.

All that piece of land containing 809 square metres, situated in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District, and being Lot 215, D.P. 31409. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 932, folio 280.
