Certificate of title 4C/490 (Otago Registry) in the name of Lester Richard Nash, of Dunedin, contracts manager and Linda Heather Nash, his wife, containing 372 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, Block LIV, Deeds Plan 52 and being part Section 59, Block VII, Town District. Application No. 694079.

Certificate of title 10B/1269 (Otago Registry) in the name of William George McCraw of Green Island, labourer, containing 1143 square metres, more or less, being Section 176, Block V, Lower Kaikorai District. Application No. 694155/1.

Certificate of title 10A/902 (Otago Registry) in the name of Alfred Alan Yorston of Levin, retired clerk, containing 3.2375 hectares, more or less, being Section 29, Block XI, Claredon District. Application No. 694156.
