Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Repco Corporation N.Z. Ltd. (“Repco”) hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of June 1988, Repco appointed Graeme George McDonald and Kevin Dennis Landrigan, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, 10 Young Street, New Plymouth, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of G. L. John Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Stratford (“the company”) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 7th day of April 1987.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Ngaitahu Maori Trust Board, a body corporate duly incorporated under the Maori Trust Boards Act 1955 and having its registered office at Christchurch hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of June 1988 it appointed Ross Edwin Petitt and Atherton Anderson of Dunedin, chartered accountants as the receivers and managers of the property of Ingelow Equities Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 26th day of November 1987 which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Ingelow Equities Ltd.
