Declaring a Drainage Easement (in Gross) for Sewage and Waste Disposal Acquired over Land in Paparua County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, a drainage easement in gross in perpetuity for sewage and waste disposal is hereby acquired over the land described in the First Schedule hereto and shall vest in The Christchurch Drainage Board on the 30th day of June 1988 and shall confer upon the said Board, the full and free rights, liberties, licences and privileges hereinafter set forth in the Second Schedule hereto.
