Direction of the Registrar

Under the provisions of section 139 (1) (a) to (e) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, I hereby direct that the Murupara Credit Union, Registrar No. 590, shall not:

(a) Borrow money;

(b) Accept a payment representing the whole or any part of an amount due by way of subscription for a share in the credit union other than a payment which fell due before the making of the order;

(c) Lend money;

(d) Repay share capital or offset an indebtedness of a member against share capital;

(e) Accept new members,

until this direction is withdrawn.
