Land in Christchurch City Held for Education Purposes Set Apart for Road

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road.

All that piece of land containing 11 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 4, D.P. 15232; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 17170, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Diversion in Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for road diversion and the land contained in the said Schedules shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 23rd day of June 1988.
