Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1979

North Island Raspberry Marketing Committee Elections (Notice No. 4420)

Pursuant to regulation 15 (4) of the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1979, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the North Island Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz:

Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries

Head Office, Wellington.
Auckland.
Hamilton.
Te Kuiti.
Tauranga.
Whakatane.
Te Awamutu.
Matamata.
Hastings.
Masterton.
New Plymouth.
Hawera.
Stratford.
Palmerston North.
Levin.
Wanganui.
Marton.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 23 June 1988, during which period any person may lodge with the returning officer an objection in writing under his hand to any entry on the roll.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, P.O. Box 1654, Palmerston North, with whom nominations close not later than noon on the 13th day of July 1988.

Appointments, Promotions, Extensions, Relinquishments, Cancellations, Transfers, Resignations and Retirements of Officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces

Pursuant to section 59 of the Defence Act 1971, the Minister of Defence hereby approves the following appointments, promotions, extensions, relinquishments, cancellations, transfers, resignations and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces.

Sea Cadet Corps

Appointments

The following are appointed to Cadet Force commissions in the rank of Ensign with seniority and effect from dates shown:

Marie Rose Jordan with effect 9 June 1987 and seniority 13 January 1988.
Christopher Ian Whalley with seniority and effect 13 January 1988.
Keith Edward Craig with seniority and effect 13 January 1988.
Allan Warren Rowell with seniority and effect 13 January 1988.

Appointments to Command

Lieutenant G. G. Bond is appointed Unit Commander T.S. Waireka with effect 1 April 1988.
Lieutenant J. E. Dunn is appointed Unit Commander T.S. Rangiriri with effect 23 February 1988.
Lieutenant D. O. Bradley is appointed Unit Commander T.S. Leander with effect 3 February 1988.

Promotions

The following officers are promoted to the rank and with seniority from dates shown:
