Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of creditors, held on 13 June 1988, subsequent to the company resolving by resolution on 2 June 1988 to voluntarily wind up and pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, the creditors did by resolution thereat appoint:

Warwick James Dewe and Graeme David Meyers, chartered accountants, both of Wanganui, as joint liquidators of the company.

The liquidators of Head and Kenny Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily, hereby fixes the 18th day of July 1988, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
