Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the District of Inglewood

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes.

Schedule

Taranaki Land District

All that piece of land containing 510 square metres, situated in the Town of Inglewood, being Lot 1, D.P. 11558. Part Gazette extract 269800.2 (New Zealand Gazette, 1980, page 2044).

Dated at Wanganui this 2nd day of June 1988.

Declaring Land Held for an Institution Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1967 to be Crown Land in the City of Whangarei

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land, containing 1454 square metres, situated in the City of Whangarei, being Lot 1, D.P. 32542. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 884, folio 106.

Land and Right of Way Easement Over Land Acquired for Telecommunication Purposes in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject as to the land forthwith described to the right of way easement contained in Gazette notice 923605.1 and a right of way easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in the Crown the rights contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 for telecommunication purposes, and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of June 1988.

Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
