NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 19th day of June 1987, presented to the said Court by WINSTONE GLASS LIMITED; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Nelson on the 6th day of July 1987 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tauranga County Council has pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, changed the purpose for which the reserves described in the under-mentioned Schedule are classified from Local Purpose Reserve (Plantation) to Local Purpose Reserve (Plantation and Pedestrian Access).
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, 1285 square metres, more or less, being Lot 12, D.P.S. 27322, leading off Western Avenue.
Secondly, 822 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P.S. 30254, leading off Links View Drive.
