In accordance with section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the final meeting of the above-named company will be held at 6 Kahurangi Place, Manurewa on the 21st day of July 1987 at 10 a.m. for the purpose of having laid before it the liquidator’s statement showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

Take notice that The Perpetual Trustees, Estate, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) intends to promote a private Bill that has the following objects:

To provide for a change of name by the company from The Perpetual Trustees, Estate, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) to AMP Perpetual Trustee Company N.Z. Limited.

To authorise the company to transact business with the Australian Mutual Provident Society and other subsidiaries of that society in connection with any estate or trust property which it may administer from time to time.

To consolidate the provisions of the Perpetual Trustees, Estate, and Agency Company Act 1884, and its amendments.
