Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land, Subject to Certain Rights, for a State Primary School in Block XI, Houhora East Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 4th of May 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 May 1987, No. 71, at page 2138, acquiring land, subject to certain rights for a State primary school in Block XI, Houhora East Survey District, Mangonui County, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the area secondly described in the Schedule the figure “926” and substituting the figure “969”.
