Forfeiture of an Honour

His Excellency the Governor-General, Principal Companion of The Queen's Service Order has announced that The Queen has directed that the award of The Queen's Service Medal for Public Services to David Ernest Seath, made on 31 December 1984,* shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Queen's Service Medal.
