ADVICE AND PUBLICATION

  1. Following the closure of the tenders, bids will be publicly opened in the office of the Collector of Customs in Nelson, in the presence of a Justice of the Peace.

  2. Successful tenderers will receive a Global Tariff Quota Allocation which will show the c.i.f. value of the wine which may be imported and the concession rate of duty applicable.

  3. Unsuccessful tenderers will be notified by letter.

  4. The name and allocation of all tenderers successful and invalid, and the amount of the bid in each case will be published in the Gazette as soon as possible after the opening of the tenders.

Period of Global Tariff Quota

Tariff Quotas issued under this tendering will be available until the 30th day of June 1988.

The Road Classification (Patea County) Notice No. 1, 1987

Pursuant to regulation 3(8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport,
I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Patea County) Notice No. 1, 1987.

  2. The Patea County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

  3. The Road Classification (Patea County) Notice No. 1, 1983, dated the 12th day of April 1983*, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.

PATEA COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class Two

Aharoa Road.
Anderson Road.
Braemore Road: from Okawhitu Road to a point 4.6 kilometres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Okawhitua Road.
Hooper Road.
Lakes Road: from a point 5.2 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Mangawhio Road and Omata Road to its northern end.
Larson Road.
Livingstone Road: from a point 900 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to its eastern end.
Lower Kaharaoa Road: from a point 2.8 kilometres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) to its southern end.
McDonald Road: from a point 340 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from the junction of Braemore and Kelly Roads to its western end.
Matemateaona Road.
Mokau-Waitotara Valley Road.
Nicholson Road: from a point 200 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from the No. 3 State Highway to a point 3.0 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from the said No. 3 State Highway.
Omata Road: from a point 6.0 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Mangawhio and Lakes Road to its northern end.

Ridge Road: from a point 3.8 kilometres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from Mangawhio Road to its eastern end.
Riminui Road.
Waitotara River Road (Kapara Track).
Waitotara Road.
Weraweraonga Road: from a point 9.0 kilometres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Mangawhio Road to its northern end.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following three schools:

St Josephs School, Ashburton.
St Josephs School, Waitarua.
St Josephs School, Rangiora.

The said supplementary integration agreements came into effect on 18 May 1987. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.
