Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in the City of
Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
4th day of March 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 12 March 1987, No. 32 at page 1129 declaring land to be road
in the City of Wellington, by omitting the following:

“386 Part Section 145, Town of Wellington. Part certificate of
title, Volume 340, folio 4, Wellington Land Registry
(limited as to parcels).”

and substituting the following:

“386 Part Section 145, Town of Wellington, balance of certificate
of title, Volume 340, folio 4, Wellington Land Registry
(limited as to parcels).”
