Appointment of Honorary Community Officer Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962

PURSUANT to section 5 (1) of the Maori Community Development Act 1962, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby appoints the person named in the Schedule hereto to serve as an honorary community officer for a term not exceeding 3 years in the area shown in the second column of the Schedule.

Appointment of Chairman of Waterfront Industry Commission

NOTICE is hereby given by direction of Hon. Stan Rodger, Minister of Labour, that, on the 2nd day of June 1987, pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1976, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Frederick John Lenane Young

to be chairman of the Commission.

The aforesaid appointment to be for a term commencing on the 8th day of June 1987 and expiring on the 31st day of March 1990.

as a lay member of the Nelson District Law Society Disciplinary Tribunal for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.
