NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 25th day of September 1986, presented to the said Court by PRODUCE MARKETS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard in the Boardroom of the Rotorua Area Electricity Authority Building in Dinsdale Street, Rotorua at 10 a.m. on Thursday, 11 June 1987, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to the undersigned by any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of NEW ZEALAND STEEL LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Glenbrook, South Auckland:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 25th day of March 1987, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from the sum of $900,000,000 to the sum of $550,000,000 by the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 26th day of March 1987. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of New Zealand Steel Limited, was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanction of an order of the High Court dated the 25th day of March 1987 reduced from the sum of $900,000,000 divided into 20,000,000 redeemable preference shares of $10 each and 700,000,000 ordinary shares of $1 each to the sum of $550,000,000 divided into 20,000,000 redeemable preference shares of $10 each and 700,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 cents each.”
On registration of this minute, the authorised capital of the company is $550,000,000 divided into 20,000,000 redeemable preference shares of $10 each and 700,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 cents each.
