of the Dairy Board Act 1961, hereby declare the results of the election
of directors on the New Zealand Dairy Board to be as follows:

Philip Peter Jensen, being the only candidate nominated, is hereby
elected as a director for the Eastern Ward on the New Zealand
Dairy Board.

Grahame John Guy, being the only candidate nominated, is hereby
