PURSUANT to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Land Declared to be Road in Block XVI, Tairua Survey District, Thames - Coromandel District

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 25.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks II, III and VII, Tairua Survey District, Thames - Coromandel District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway 25.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the area of said stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be added to the land set apart as permanent State forest by Gazette, 3 October 1935, No. 69, page 2735.
