to be members of the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority from the date of this notice for a further term of 3 years.

Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947 and section 21 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1974, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Cecilie Joan Rushton, barrister of Rotorua

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the Children and Young Persons Court.
