Proposal
The Consortium comprising Cheah Theam Swee and Others, as specified in the notice of the proposal, may acquire up to 100 percent of the issued ordinary shares of Perry Dines Corporation Ltd.
The New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company Ltd. may acquire the goodwill of and selected stocks used in the business of Long-Life Products Company carried on in partnership by the New Zealand Dairy Board and Town Milk Marketing Company Ltd.
