Declaring Land Held for a Teacher’s Residence to be Crown Land Subject to a Fencing Agreement in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 62848, South Auckland Land Registry.
