Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Services Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend Cook Islands International Airlines Ltd’s International Air Services Licence to permit the licensee to operate B727 aircraft over the following route.

Between points in the Cook Islands and Auckland, optionally via intermediate points in island States of the South Pacific.

This amendment will take effect on 29 May 1987.

Notice of Receipt of an Application for an International Air Services Licence

PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Hawaiian Airlines Inc. has applied for an International Air Service Licence to operate a scheduled air service for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Pago Pago and Auckland. PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

This draft Standard specifies the performance and corresponding test requirements for thermostats, for non-self-resetting thermal cutouts, and for combinations thereof, intended for use in domestic storage water heaters.
