Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves as specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TOKOROA BOROUGH
983 square metres, more or less, being Lot 818, D.P. S. 1973, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District. Part certificate of title 645/124 (Road Reserve).

920 square metres, more or less, being Lot 36, D.P. S. 37018, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District. Part certificate of title 644/230. (Road Reserve).

PURSUANT to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Tairawhiti Community College change of name to Tairawhiti Polytechnic notice.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. The name of Tairawhiti Community College constituted by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette on 2 June 1983 is hereby varied to Tairawhiti Polytechnic.
