Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 23rd day of March 1987 confirming the reduction of the above-named company’s issued capital from $3,000,000 to $1,600,000 and nominal capital from $16,000,000 to $13,600,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the share capital of the company, as altered, the several particulars required by the above Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 14th day of April 1987.
