REVOCATION OF DECLARATION OF REGIONAL ROAD— AUCKLAND CITY

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 36 of the Local Government Act 1974 and of any and every power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves that it be declared and it is hereby declared that as from the 16th day of March 1987 the part regional road described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be a regional road.

SCHEDULE

All that land being part of a regional road situated in the city of Auckland shown marked on Deposited Plan 109718 and described as being part portion of Lot 1, Deposited Plan 61298 and being part Allotment 63, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, being portion of the land comprised in certificate of title 17A/1267 (North Auckland Registry).
