Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in Block III, Te Anau Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of October 1986 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 October 1986, No. 168, page 4466, and registered in the Southland Land District Registry under No. 135402, declaring land to be road in Block III, Te Anau Survey District, Wallace County, by omitting reference to 'The Wallace County Council' and substituting 'the Crown, and shall, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, form part of State Highway 94'.
