The Traffic (Whakatane District) Notice No. 1, 1987
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whakatane District) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Whakatane District at Awakeri:
No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti-Whakatane): from a point 250 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Edgecumbe-Awakeri Road to a point 300 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from White Pine Bush Road.

Approval of Motor Cycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1976
PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976 motorcycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of regulation 31 of the said regulation.
SCHEDULE
SAFETY helmets manufactured by MHG Plastic Industries Pty Ltd., Australia, bearing the model designation Eldorado EXR MXL and bearing the certification mark of the Standards Association of Australia AS1698.
PURSUANT to powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 28th day of March 1985.

PURSUANT to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the Te Kuiti District Court on the 21st day of January 1987 against Martin John Nolan of R.D. 2, Otorohanga for the confiscation of a 1985 Mitsubishi Tredia, motor vehicle registration No. MA275.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Upper Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Upper Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 3rd day of September 1975†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Upper Hutt City:
ALL roads and parts of roads within Upper Hutt City with the exception of MacLaren Street, Paton Street and those contained within the areas bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the south-eastern side at Lane Street with northern side of Wallacville Road; thence easterly, generally, by a right line to the Cruickshank Trigonometrical Station; thence north-easterly, generally, by a right line to a point on the western side of Mangaroa Hill Road 800 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Parkes Line Road; thence north-easterly, generally, along that roadside to its intersection with the centre line of the Wellington - Masterton - Woodville Railway, thence easterly, generally, along the said railway centre line to the western portal of the Maoribank Railway Tunnel, thence by a right line to a point on Maymorn Road 340 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from Plateau Road; thence across the said road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence by a right line to a point on the western side of Plateau Road 1880 metres measured south-easterly, generally along the said road from No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno - Wellington via Gisborne); thence across the said road from its western side to its eastern side; thence north-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the southern side of the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno - Wellington via Gisborne) 400 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said highway from Plateau Road; thence south-westerly, generally, along the southern side of the said highway to a point 50 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said highway from Henry Street; thence across the said highway at right angles from its southern side to its northern side; thence north-easterly, generally, along the northern side of the said highway to Mangaroa Hill Road; thence westerly, generally, along the southern side of Upper Hutt Bypass (River Road) to the southern side of Upper Hutt Bypass (River Road); thence south-westerly, generally, along the southern side of Upper Hutt Bypass (River Road) to the western boundary of Upper Hutt City; thence southerly, easterly, westerly, northerly, generally,
