Station Top 2, situated in Block XV Motupiko Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to Ward Pass situated in Block XIII Rintoul Survey District; thence generally northerly along the summit of the Richmond Range passing through Bushy Top, Bishops Cap, and Mount Rintoul to Ada Flat; thence north-westerly approximately 1200 metres to the source of the Pelorus River on the watershed between the Pelorus and Lee Rivers; thence generally north-easterly down the middle of the Pelorus River to its confluence with Hoiere Creek; thence generally north-westerly up the middle of Hoiere Creek to its source and along a right line to Trig Station B, Saddle Hill, situated in Block III Maungatapu Survey District; thence generally north-easterly and northerly along the summit of the Bryant Range passing through Mount Duppa and the Rai Saddle to Trig. Station H, South Castor Peak, situated in Block II Tapuwae-o-Uenuku Survey District; thence north-westerly along the leading ridge to North Castor Peak, situated in Block VIII, Whangamoa Survey District and again north-westerly along a right line to Pukerau Point; thence generally south-westerly, north-westerly and again south-westerly along the sea coast of Tasman Bay, Golden Bay, and the Tasman Sea crossing the mouths of all harbours, inlets and rivers to the point of commencement, including all adjacent islands and excluding the Nelson Electoral District, hereinbefore described.

WEST COAST

All that area, bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Kahurangi River and proceeding generally southerly along the general western boundary of the Tasman Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the summit of the Spenser Mountains; thence generally south-westerly along the summit of the Southern Alps; thence generally south-easterly along the summit of the said Southern Alps to its confluence with the western boundary of the Otago Land District, as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 3rd June, 1976; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of the Otago Land District and the western boundary of the Canterbury Land District to the westernmost corner of the Marlborough Land District; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of the Marlborough Land District to the point of commencement.
