Railway and Tauhuna Road, and that last mentioned boundary
produced across Lake Matahina to its eastern shore; thence south-
erly along that lake’s eastern shore to the north-western corner of
part Section 1, Block III Rangitaiki Lower Survey District; thence
easterly along the northern boundaries of the said part Section 1
and part Section 2 of the said Block III to the western boundary of
Section 4, Block IV, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District; thence
north-easterly along that western boundary, to and easterly along
the northern boundaries of the said Section 4, part Section 1 and
Section 2 Block IV aforesaid to the north-eastern corner of the said
Section 2; thence south-westerly along the eastern boundaries of
that Section 2 and part Section 3 Block IV aforesaid and part
Tuararanga 1B to the northern most corner of Onapu Block;
thence south-easterly along the north eastern boundaries of Onapu
Block, and Mokorua Block to and southerly along the eastern

eastern corner of Section 1, Block II, Ahikereru Survey District;
thence north-easterly along a right line to Trig Station 2163, Te
Rangiaoronuku, in Block XIV, Urewera Survey District; thence
south-easterly along right lines to Pawairoto, Block III, Ruatahuna
Survey District and to a point being the intersection of the middle
of Mangaopangoa stream and a right line, produced north-easterly
from Trig Station 2128, Whakatakao situated in Block I,
Waikaremoana West Survey District, through Trig Station 2126,
Maungapohatu situated in Block XII Ruatahuna Survey District;
thence due east to a point on the south-eastern watershed of the
Tauaranga and Waima Rivers; thence south-westerly along that
watershed to Trig Station 2126 aforementioned and the south-
eastern watershed of the Whakatane and Whirinaki Rivers to Trig
Station Te Taumuitu, situated in Block XVI, Heruiwi Survey Dis-
trict; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig Station
Pukeroa P, thence northerly along a right line to the south-western
corner of Part Heruiwi 4B1, along a right line to Trig Station 76,
Taupiri, situated in Block XII, Wheao Survey District, along a
right line to Trig Station 78A, Pekepeke, situated in Block III,
Wheao Survey District; thence along a north-western right line
between the said Trig Station 78A, and the intersection of a right
line between Trig Station 31, Paeroa, situated in Block V, Paeroa
Survey District and Trig Station 2120, Tawhiwhau, situated in
Block XIV, Galatea Survey District and the production southerly
of a right line between Trig Station 18, Maungawhakama, situ-
ated in Block III, Rauwhia Survey District and Trig Station 38,
Ahiraukapakapa, situated in Block X, Kaimanawa Survey District
to that north-western right line’s intersection with the middle of
SH 38; thence generally north-westerly along the middle of SH 38
and Waikaremoana Road and the production of the middle of
Waikaremoana Road to the middle of SH 5; thence south-westerly
along a right line to Trig 30, Mangaonanga situated in Block II,
Paeroa Survey District; thence along a right line to Trig 31,
Paeroa, situated in Block V, Paeroa Survey District; thence south-
westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Part
Section 2, Block VIII, Ngaruawahia Survey District, along the
south-eastern boundary of part Section 2, Block X, Ngaruawahia
Survey District as shown on SO 21798 and the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River; thence
generally north-westerly down the middle of that river to its con-
fluence with the Whangapoa Stream in Block VI, Atiamuri Survey
District; thence generally north-easterly up the middle of that
stream to its confluence with the stream forming part of the north-
eastern boundary of part Section 57, Block III, Atiamuri Survey
District; thence generally northerly up the middle of that stream
and its production to the middle of SH 30; thence westerly along
the middle of that road to a point in line with the western bound-
ary of part Lot 1, DP 20272; thence northerly to and along the
western boundaries of part Lot 1, DP 20272 and part Lot 10, DP
12325, north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of part
Lots 10 and 11, DP 12325 to the northernmost corner of the
aforesaid part Lot 11; thence north-westerly along the south-western
boundary of Patetere North IB3 and that boundary produced
to a point on the south-western boundary of Lot 1, DPS 9825;
thence north-westerly along that boundary to the westernmost cor-
ner of that lot; thence north-easterly along a right line between that
westernmost corner of the said Lot 1 and Trig Station 27,
Puhuiwhero, situated in Block III, Tapapa East Survey District, to
its intersection with the south-western most corner of Section 3,
Block II, Rotorua Survey District; thence south-easterly along the
south-western boundary of that Section 3 to and north-easterly
along the north-western boundary of Section 13, Block III,
Rotorua Survey District and the production of that boundary to
the middle of the Ohaupara Stream; thence easterly along the
middle of that stream to and along the middle of the Mangorewa
River to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 8
Block IV, Rotorua Survey District; thence north-easterly along
that western boundary and its production across Te Matai Road,
the western boundaries of Section 3, Block IV aforesaid, crossing
an intervening public road, Section 11, Block XVI, Otanewainuku
Survey District, crossing the intervening Whakatoro Road and
the production of that boundary across the Te Renaunga Stream to
and northerly along the western boundary of part Section 7, Block
XVI, aforesaid, and its production to the middle of Mangakoro
Road; thence north-easterly along the middle of that road to a
point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XVI,
aforesaid; thence to and along that eastern boundary to Trig Sta-
tion 15, situated in Block XVI aforesaid; thence north-easterly
along the western boundary of part Waitaha 1, the generally wes-
tern boundary of Part Section 4, Part Section 19, and Section 13, all
in Block VII Otanewainuku Survey District and the last men-
tioned boundary produced to the southernmost corner of Section 1
Block VII aforesaid; thence northerly and westerly along the wes-
tern and northern boundaries of that Section 1 to Trig Station 306,
Otawa and the production of that line, due west, to the source of
the Kirikiri Stream; thence generally north-westerly down the
middle of that stream, along the middle of Manoeka Road to a
point in line with the northern boundary of Te Puke 148; thence
easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the
middle of the Atuaroa Stream; thence northerly along the middle
of that stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot
1 DPS 6739; thence easterly to and along that boundary and its
production to the middle of No. 3 Road; thence northerly along
the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern bound-
ary of Lot 1 DPS 12430; thence due east to and along that bound-
ary and the northern boundaries of Lots 2, 3, and 4 DPS 12430 to
the north-eastern corner of the said Lot 4; thence southerly along
the eastern boundaries of Lot 4 aforesaid Lots 3 and 4 DPS 14482,
Lot 5 DPS 22547, and Lots 1 and 2 DPS 14268 to the north-
western corner of Lot 5 DPS 11044; thence due east along the
northern boundaries of Lots 5, 4, 2 and 1 DPS 11044 and Lot 1,
DPS 3765 and that boundary produced to the middle of No. 2
Road; thence southerly along that road to a point in line with the
south-western boundary of 29B Te Puke; thence south-easterly to
and along that boundary to the southern most corner of the said
29B; thence northerly along the south-eastern boundaries of 29B
and 29A, Te Puke, Lot 2 DPS 22140, Lot 2 DPS 20325, Lot 2 DP
29451, the former boundary of Section 26, Block II, Makeura Sur-
vey District to the south-western corner of Lot 1 DPS 4326, Lot 1
DPS 35393 and Lot 1 DPS 16061 to the south-western corner of
Lot 2 DPS 14559; thence south-easterly and northerly along the
south-western and generally western boundaries of the said Lot 2
to the northern most corner of Lot 3 DPS 14559; thence south-
easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 3 and its
production to the middle of No.4 Road; thence northerly along
the middle of that road to a point in line with the southern bound-
ary of Lot 1 DPS 11946; thence easterly along that boundary and
northerly along the western boundaries of Lot 1; Lot 2 and Lot 3
DPS 1946, the south-western boundary of Lot 4 DPS 1946 and the
western boundary of part Lot 16 DPS 1946 and its production to
the middle of SH 2; thence easterly along that road to a point in
line with the Waiairi Stream; thence northerly along the middle of
that stream to and along the middle of the Kaituna River to a point
in line with the western boundary of part Lot 1 DP 16773; thence
northerly to and along that western boundary and the western
boundary of Tumu Kaituna 14 Block to the mean high water mark
of the Bay of Plenty, situated in Block V, Te Tumu Survey Dis-
trict; thence generally south-easterly along the mean high water
mark of the sea coast crossing all rivers, harbours and inlets to the
point of commencement, excluding hereof the Rotorua Electorate
hereinafter described.
ROTORUA
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the
western shore of Lake Rotorua, being the easternmost corner of
Kawaha 3G in Block XIII, Rotorua Survey District, and proceeding
generally south-easterly along that side shore to a point in line with
the south-eastern boundary of Taherenga-2 situated in Block I,
Tarawera Survey District; thence north-easterly along the pro-
duction of the said boundary for a distance of 14.37 metres, bearing
46°01′40″; thence south-easterly along a right line bearing
115°49′30″ to the shore of Lake Rotorua; thence generally south-
easterly along that shore to the mouth of the Puarenga Stream;
thence generally south-westerly up the middle of that stream to
a point in line with the western boundary of Section 84, Block I,
Tarawera Survey District; thence to and generally southerly along
that boundary and the western boundary of Pt Section 6, Block I,
Tarawera Survey District to its most southern point; thence south-
westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 71,
Whakarewarewa 3 Section 1B, Lots 62B, 80, and 72, Lot 3,
Block 1, Tarawera Survey District, and Whakarewarewa 2B and
the last-named boundary produced across the Puarenga Stream to
and along the southeastern boundaries of part Lot 3, DP 23367
and Section 3, Block V, Tarawera Survey District and the last-
mentioned boundary produced across SH 5, to and along the
southeastern boundaries of part Tihoitonga B Block, Pt Lot 86,
