All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 25114, and the mean high water mark of the shore of the Tauranga Harbour, in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District, and proceeding generally northerly and easterly along the shore of the said harbour, to the western boundary of Section 755, Block VI, Tauranga Survey District; thence generally northerly, easterly, and southerly along the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of that section, to and generally easterly along the shore of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the westernmost corner of Lot 2 DPS 34961; thence north-easterly along the northwestern boundary of that lot to a boundary peg bearing 296° 13', distance 7.05 metres from I.S.
