including herein Te Motu Island, situated in Kawhia Harbour.

HAMILTON WEST

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato River in line with the generally northern boundaries of Lot 11 DPS 379; proceeding generally southwesterly and generally easterly along the eastern boundary of the Raglan Electorate hereinbefore described to a point in the middle of the Waikato River in line with the western boundary of Lot 1 DPS 12490; thence generally northwesterly down the middle of the said river to the point of commencement.

HAMILTON EAST

All that area bounded at a point in the middle of the Waikato River in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 3, DPS 8875, situated in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District, and proceeding generally north-easterly to and along that boundary and the south-western, north-western, and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, DPS 8072, to the easternmost corner of that lot; thence north-easterly along a right line across River Road to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, DP 15104, and along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 1, and Lot 2, DPS 15104, to the easternmost corner of the said Lot 1, to the north-eastern corner of Lot 4 DPS 16376 to the northern most corner of the said Lot 4; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of part Lot 10, DPS 15019, to the western corner of that lot; thence easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said part Lot 10, and Lot 9, DPS 15019, to the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway as defined in New Zealand Gazette, 1971, p352; thence southerly along that middle line, crossing Rototuna Road, to and south-easterly along the middle line of the Hamilton Eastern Bypass Motorway as defined in New Zealand Gazette, 1969 p.1160 to its intersection with the middle of the KiriKiriroa Stream; thence generally northerly, generally easterly and generally southerly up the middle of the said stream to its intersection again with the middle line of the Hamilton Eastern Bypass Motorway as defined by New Zealand Gazette 1969, p.1160; thence, south-easterly along the said middle line to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 2, DPS 32238; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary and the southern boundary of part Allotment 132A, KiriKiriroa Parish and its production to the middle of Gordonton Road; thence southerly along the middle of the said road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, DP 32102; thence easterly to and along that boundary to and southerly along the eastern boundary of that lot and Lots 2 to 5, DP 32102, to a point 45.26 metres north cf and perpendicular to the northern side of Carrs Road; thence easterly along a right line parallel to Carrs Road to a point in line with the eastern end of the said road; thence southerly along a right line, to and along the said eastern end of Carrs Road, the eastern boundaries of Lot 59, DPS 17824, the western boundaries of part Lot 1 and part Lot 2, DP 12771 to the northernmost corner of Lot 41, DPS 19125; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Lots 1-8 DPS 35839 and Lots 14 and 15, DPS 39718, and its production to and along a right line for a distance of 487.06 metres; thence southerly along a right line bearing 163° to the northern boundary of Lot 2, DP 24745; thence easterly along that boundary to and southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 2 and its production to the middle of Powells Road; thence westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 412, KiriKiriroa Parish; thence along a right line to the said boundary; thence southerly and westerly along the generally northwestern boundaries of the said Allotment 412 to a point 60.35 metres distant from and measured at right angles to the eastern side of Tramway Road; thence southerly along a series of right lines parallel to the said road and Bisley Road, and that right line produced to the southern side of part Allotment 304, as shown on S.O.
