All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the line of mean high water of the Manukau Harbour, being the south-westernmost corner of Lot 2, DP 92189, Block VII, Titirangi Survey District and proceeding northerly generally along the western boundary of the said Lot 2 to its intersection with the southern end of Gilleta Road, along a right line, to and along the middle of Gilleta Road to its intersection with the middle of White Swan Road; thence westerly along the middle of White Swan Road and the middle of Donovan Street to its intersection with the middle of Whitney Street; thence northerly along the middle of Whitney Street to its intersection with the middle of Terry Street, Block IV, Titirangi Survey District; thence westerly along the middle of Terry Street to its intersection with the middle of Blockhouse Bay Road; thence northerly along the middle of Blockhouse Bay Road to its intersection with the middle of New North Road, Block III, Titirangi Survey District;
