PURSUANT to the Import Control Regulations 1973 (S.R. 1980/246), I. P. E. Donovan, Deputy Secretary of Trade and Industry, acting under delegated authority call tenders for the goods specified below. Tenders close on the 27th day of April 1987 at 5 p.m. and must be received by the Registrar of Tenders by then to be valid.

Instructions for tenderers and the general terms and conditions which apply to the submission and acceptance of tenders are set out in the Guide to Licence Tendering dated November 1986, with the deletion of paras 17 and 21. Bids may be submitted through the departmental bureauxfax system. Tenders should be addressed to the Registrar of Tenders, P.O. Box 3146, Wellington, or Bureaufax (04) 734638 or be delivered by hand to the First Floor of the Bowen State Building, Wellington. Tenders for Round 46 must reach the Registrar no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, 27 April 1987.

  1. This licence will be valid from 1st June 1987 to 31st May 1988.
