Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the notice classifying the Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve dated the 11th day of August 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1981, No. 105, page 2523.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto as an historic reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Marsland Hill Historic Reserve.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Karapiro Lake Domain Board to control and manage the Karapiro Lake Domain recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in The Matamata County Council in trust for recreation purposes.
