Land Acquired Subject to Certain Rights for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XIV, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the water rights in transfer 17401 and the fencing easement in transfer 20589, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 2nd day of April 1987.

Drainage Easement in Gross Acquired for a State Primary School in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between K. N. Vujnovich of Auckland, married woman, as registered proprietor and the Crown dated the 14th day of March 1985 and between E. G. Townsend of Auckland, metallurgist and G. Townsend, his wife, as the registered proprietors and the Crown dated the 14th day of March 1985; and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland having been entered into, a drainage easement in gross over the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 2nd day of April 1987.
