Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Block X, Piako Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato
County Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the
Third Schedule hereto to be taken.
(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 (1) declares:
(i) That the areas of stopped road firstly, secondly and
thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, now known
as Allotments 772, 776 and 777, Whangamarino Parish
(respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title, Volume 911, folio 139, South Auckland
Land Registry.
(ii) That the area of stopped road sixthly described in
the said Second Schedule and the area of land taken
described in the said Third Schedule now known together
as Allotment 773, Whangamarino Parish and the areas of
stopped road fourthly and fifthly described in the Second
Schedule now known as Allotments 774 and 775,
Whangamarino Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title No. 2A/1405, subject to land
improvement agreement S. 637807 and memoranda of
mortgage H. 224678.8 and H. 274416, South Auckland
