Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks IV and VII, Maungaru Survey District, Hobson County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Hobson County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block VI, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(b) Pursuant to section 117 (1), declares that the said stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in the County of Pohangina

Pursuant to section VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Pohangina County Council on the 2nd day of April 1987.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22A/122, subject to memorandum of mortgage 181982.2.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule, hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22A/122, subject to memorandum of mortgage 181982.2.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 2nd day of April 1987.
