Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in
Block IX, Oteramika Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described
in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Russell
Charles Nicol of Kapuka, farmer as tenant in the said land under
and by virtue of lease in perpetuity under Part III of the Land Act
1892 No. 590 recorded in certificate of title, Volume 61, folio 184,
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 2nd
day of April 1987.
