Declaring Land to be Crown Land in Block XI, Mount Robson Survey District, Horowhenua County

In the notice with the above heading, dated 20 August 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 August 1986, No. 134, at page 3627, for the reference to "D.P. 21052" which appears in the second line of the Schedule read "D.P. 21062", which plan reference appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Works and Development.

Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in Block X, Town of Cromwell, Cromwell Borough

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for the generation of electricity and further declare that the land shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

SCHEDULE

Otago Land District

All that piece of land containing 63 square metres, being Section 4, Block X, on the Town Map of Cromwell. All certificate of title, Volume 33, folio 229, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of March 1987.
