IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of R. R. & S. D. MOUNSEY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the Fourth Floor, AMP Building, 3 Osterley Way, Manukau City and carrying on business there and elsewhere as hotels:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 4th day of March 1987, presented to the said Court by New Zealand Breweries Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the corner of Springs and East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland and carrying on business as brewers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 15th day of April 1987 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 20th day of February 1987, presented to the said Court by Consolidated Hotels Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 47–51 Fort Street, Auckland and carrying on business as hoteliers and LION CORPORATION LIMITED (formerly LION BREWERIES LIMITED) a duly incorporated company having its registered office at corner East Tamaki Road and Springs Road, Auckland, and carrying on business as brewers and distributors; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 8th day of April 1987 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
