MICROPROCESSOR DEVELOPMENTS LTD.
NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS.
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Microprocessor Developments Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of March 1987 the bank appointed Keith Raymond Smith and Brian Mayo-Smith, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Kirk Barclay & Co., Chartered Accountants, Downtown House, 21-29 Queen Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 11th day of November 1983. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice is hereby given that Ray Smart Investments Ltd. has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities. The company is making application to the Registrar of Companies to be dissolved under section 335A of the Companies Act 1955.
Any written objections should be made to the District Registrar of Companies, Private Bag, Nelson within 30 days of this notice.

Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 2nd day of April 1986 passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors was duly held on 15 April 1986. The appointee, the Official Assignee, was unable to accept the appointment and accordingly a further meeting is called for Thursday, 9 April 1987 at 11 o’clock in the morning in the Boardroom, Parkside, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland.

(in liquidation) which is being wound up by the Court do hereby fix the 30th day of April 1987 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
